Discover Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope on this guided day trip from Cape Town. Soon after pick up we will drive along the M5 and connect with the M4 via Muizenberg, St. James and Fish Hoek beaches located along the scenic False Bay coastline on our way to Boulder's Beach Penguins Colony. Passing through Muizenberg beach we will see the stretch of attractive colourful beach huts in the distance. Your tour guide will stop at St. James Beach for a few minutes to allow for some fun-filled photos with the colourful beach huts. We drive past Kalk Bay, Fish Hoek and Simon's Town beaches. We will stop at Boulder's Beach to visit the African Penguins colony and take a walk along the boardwalk to the official penguins colony location to see the penguins in their natural habitat. Boulder's penguins colony is home to approximately 3000 African Penguins who spend their days frolicking in the False Bay waters and parading on the granite Boulders. Our tour culminates with the highlight of the day: The Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point Nature Reserve. Take your photo behind the Cape of Good Hope name board and explore the nature reserve whilst the tour guide shares stories about the Bartholomew Dias and Vasco Da Gama beacons. See many a fauna and flora such as fynbos (fine bush), over 250 species of birds including ostriches, as well as buck, baboons and the Cape mountain zebra. Our return route is via the scenic coastal Old Cape Road back to Cape Town. Upon our arrival back in Cape Town visitors will be dropped off at the same pick up point where they were collected in the morning.

The adventure begins with pickup from your hotel in Cape Town and heads to the brightly colored Bo-Kaap district. After a stop for photos, continue on towards the Atlantic Sea passing by some of Africa’s richest suburbs including Bantry Bay, Clifton, and Camps Bay. Later, enjoy a 20 minute stopover at the scenic Hout Bay, a charming town surrounded by mountains and the ocean. Continue the tour south via the majestic Chapman’s Peak Drive, locally known as Chapies. Afterwards, explore the farm village of Noordhoek, boasting a selection of bakeries, cafés, juicers and more. Mingle with the locals and shop for souvenirs before heading back on the road to Simon’s Town, home to Boulder’s Beach. At the beach, walk along the boardwalk and marvel at the penguins in their natural habitat. Spend some time taking photos and learn about these fascinating creatures. From here, drive along the eastern side of the peninsula, passing the quaint towns of Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay, and Muizenberg. The final stop of the tour is Muizenberg Beach where you can take photos of the colorful huts that line the shore. The day ends with drop-off back to your accommodation.

Enjoy a helicopter flight from Cape Town's V&A Waterfront with informative commentary. Fly around Table Mountain to see the Atlantic Ocean on one side of the Cape Peninsula and continue till you get to the Indian Ocean on the other side. Make your way to the V&A Waterfront Helipad to check in about 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled shared helicopter flight over the city and coast. Soar over historic Hout Bay, and then cross the Cape Peninsula to move from one ocean to the other. See if you can tell where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Indian Ocean near False Bay. Watch as the terrain changes from sandy beaches to rolling hills to rugged cliffs. Then fly over Muizenberg Beach and keep your eye out for shadows in the water – they might be great white sharks. Head back towards Cape Town on the other side of Table Mountain, and get a different view of Cape Town's most famous landmark and its surrounding landscape. Pass over the pretty vineyards of the Constantia Valley before landing back at the V&A Waterfront Helipad.

First, make a quick stop in the heart of Cape Town city center to discover the colorful community known as Bo-kaap. Then, head straight for the coastline. Pass by affluent suburbs with some of the best beaches near the city, stopping for photos at Camps Bay. Proceed on towards Hout Bay seated in between gigantic mountains and the Atlantic.  Enjoy an optional scenic 40-minute round-trip boat ride to Seal Island. Resume your tour via the world-famous Chapman's Peak Drive. Our tour begins with a scenic drive along the Atlantic coast, passing through the cosmopolitan suburb of Sea Point and Camps Bay with its glorious views of the Twelve Apostles, part of the Table Mountain range. From here we travel to the Cape Point Nature Reserve, comprising over 17,300 acres of indigenous fauna and flora. Here we can see a variety of wildlife that includes baboons, rhebok, Cape Mountain zebra, bontebok and the elusive eland. The reserve is also one of the world's largest breeding grounds for tortoises. Bird-watchers, too, will find many fine species to observe. The majestic coastline offers drama worthy of being called "Nature's Greatest Show." We'll be able to see the union of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans (as per legend), and may even feel the brisk wind that is dubbed the "Cape Doctor" for its presumed curative powers. Following the coastline along False Bay, we'll return to Cape Town by way of the Simon's Town (optional, own account & time permitting visit to Penguin colony), Fish Hoek fishing village and Muizenberg. We return to Cape Town, passing the University of Cape Town, Rhodes Memorial and the Groote Schuur Hospital.
