Our trip was great. Mario was a fantastic tour guide with excellent knowledge and a very friendly and fun person to be around. We had the chance to see a pineapple plantation, Sete Cidades and eat at a local buffet which was delicious. Unfortunately we did not get chance to see Lagao do Fogo since the weather was too cloudy but instead Mario took us to a wonderful waterfall. Overall really enjoyed the day and can highly recommend, it was very peaceful.

We booked a private tour through Get Your Guide and the tour company ( Into the Wild Azores Tours) was amazing! They were very flexible with the times because of our cruise ship and our guide, Eduardo, was waiting for us close to the cruise terminal. He was an excellent guide with so much information about the Azores. If you are fortunate enough to book a tour with this company, you will not be disappointed!

We had a fantastic day with our guide Mario! He made sure all our wishes were recognised and we could see all the interesting points. He had lots of interesting knowledge to share and it was just so much fun! We were lucky and were the only ones on the tour. I think there is no better way to see all the best spots and we would definitely highly recommend it!

Great trip! Fantastic tour guide who was super informative and gave us lots of time to take in the beautiful sites in. The food was lovely and had a range of choices.

Super nice guide and nice tour. You really get to see the gems of the island. Only the lunch we found a little less. But that didn't spoil the fun!
