Know before you go
- After the purchase to activate your pass it's necessary contact the Whatsapp Number in order to download the real Artecard: the service is active from Monday to Friday - from 10 AM to 5 PM. The Gyg Qrcode is not a card, it doesn't work
- Admission is free for children under 18 years of age at most attractions
- Enjoy free use of the city's public transport network. It is limited to urban boundaries: for example, Pompeii and Herculaneum are not included (Underground Line 1 “Metro dell’Arte”, Line 2, Line 6, funicular, tram, trains Circumflegrea, Cumana e Circumvesuviana for Urban Route)
