They got us there safely and our driver was there to meet us at the door with our name on a sign, but the van we traveled in was not exactly a fancy Mercedes, like we envisioned based on the images in the tour description. Our driver did not speak English, which was fine, but would have been preferred given this was our first step in our Italy adventure. Maybe that was for the best, as traveling in a car can be chaotic in Naples and the van we were in was probably appropriate.

I was very satisfied with my transport from Naples airport to the port!! The driver waited me with my name at the arrival gate, i was very excited, because i travelled alone, but everything was perfect!!! The car was very elegant :) He was quick too, I catched my ferry to Capri :) THank you!! I think, it was value for money, because taxis in Naples are not to cheap...

Great service, a true difference compared to most southern Italy transit situations. The only issue was I didn’t have an email confirmation of my pick up time which made me a bit nervous (had issue with pick up location and time and once corrected did not receive email confirmation as they told me I would get)
