Discover the wonders of fresh Italian cooking on your trip to Naples, the birthplace of pizza. With the guidance of an English-speaking Italian chef, enjoy a fun cooking workshop and learn how to make Neapolitan pizza. In the first half of the class, master the art of freshly made pizza dough using flour and water. Then in the second part of the session, create and bake your masterpiece. Once your pizza is cooked, sit down and relax with a glass of wine to enjoy your meal while soaking up views of Naples and the Nuovo Castle. Your pizza will be served with authentic Italian bruschetta.

At the end of an unforgettable workshop, say goodbye to your chef and head home with the skills to reproduce the perfect pizza time and time again.

Great introduction to the technique and recipe that underlies Neapolitan pizza our instructor was knowledgeable about what makes the dish authentic and distinct. If you are a skilled home cook looking for pro tips on dough shaping or sauce alchemy, this class is not that. The restaurant staff do the tricky bits so you end up with a good final product.

Fun night with friends. After learning to make our own dough, we we able to go behind the counter with a real pizzaiolo and make our own pizza margherita. Dinner included a bruschetta starter followed by the pizza we made and either caffè or sorbet. Also included a beer. Friendly, informative instructor. I’d definitely do this again.

The instructor was so kind and helpful. Making the dough was fun and eating a pie I created was yummy. (Not my dough due to no time for it to rise). Only thing is say wasn’t great was the 2nd part was very rushed due to the restaurant being open and getting busy.
