An excellent day out. I received communication from the company 24 hours before my trip with precise instructions for the day, all the tickets I needed and even a map location of the exact bus stop I needed to go to for my pick up. The tour guides were helpful and explained everything clearly including when I should get off and where/what time to get the bus back. I would highly recommend this tour operator. Thank you for everything.

Tour originally booked was cancelled day before as we were the only people booked on it. We were offered a similar tour which included a guide in Pompeii and a pizza lunch. We accepted the alternative for an extra charge of €18 each. Considering it was February we were very lucky with the weather and there were very few tourists in both Pompeii and Vesuvius. Whole tour went smoothly.

The day before we had proper contact via whatsapp to agree on the last details and the tickets were forwarded. The driver was friendly and punctual, unfortunately he didn't speak a word of English, but we were not bothered by that. The day was well organized and we had plenty of time for everything. We didn't have a guide at either location, we knew that when we booked it. At Pompeii we would have liked a guide or audio tour afterwards. It was nice and quiet everywhere, which is probably due to the time of year. We suspected that certain locations in Pompeii were closed as a result.
