Full description
On this 3 hour secret food tour of Nashville you'll get to try a variety of classic Southern foods, including some modern and international twists on the cuisine. This tour begins with a quick snack of juicy pulled pork and jalapeño coleslaw taco at a local favorite spot. From here you'll have a short stroll down the avenue to window shop at eclectic boutiques and antique stores that line the street. Your next stop is a very special and tiny shop where you'll grab a sweet treat to enjoy on your walk later. Soon it'll be time to eat what Nashville is famous for, hot chicken. Visit one of Nashville's most famous BBQ joints. Not too many people know this is where you can get one of the best hot chicken sandwiches in town. The hot chicken sandwiches here are made with the perfect amount of spice and smothered in homemade slaw and pickles. Leave some room for the next stop where you'll devour a secret dish on the tour. Have a local craft beer to wash it all down. Once your stuffed take a leisurely stroll through a beautiful historical park, residential street, and cruise past a legendary, historical landmark that represents what Nashville stands for today, music.  As you enter the last stop of the tour take a seat and get ready to try some real Tennessee BBQ. Enjoy a generous portion of smoked whole hog pulled pork. With three sauces to tempt your taste buds, you're sure to enjoy this southern specialty. Don't forget the bacon and cheese broccoli.

Joshua was our Guide and knows his stuff. This was our first time doing one of these and will not be the last. There is so much more to Nashville than downtown and this tour showed that. The places we went are hidden gems and everyone needs to do this at least once.

This was our 1st food tour. Highly recommend trying it to get a feel for the city, learn some history, and get some great food. LOTS of food. Come hungry. Not that much walking, but if it's hot you will get tired. Each stop built on the history and style of food that helped establish the food culture in Nashville.

Love this tour. Tasty and informative. Bit of walking so be prepared but you need it for the amount of food you are served. Good variety of protein, some history and fun facts. Our guide, Joshua, was great!
