    Super interesting, boa adrenalina. Pena não sermos informados da roupa e acessórios necessários (máscara) devido a poeira, tirando isso, aconselho a 1000% Conselho: levem roupa velha e proteção para a cara pois acabam cheios de pó! Super interesting, very good intensity. Too bad we are not informed of the necessary clothes and accessories (mask) apart from that, I recommend 1000% Super!! Advise: old clothes and face protection.
