First of all it was my first visit! The staff, on all levels, were extremely pleasant and helpful! Especially Martin M. at the exit entrance on the 34th St! The museum displays were awesome and lots of opportunities for fun interacting photos along the way. Loved many aspects of this experience and the views from the 86th floor! I entered at 10 am but felt rushed viewing all the info. In the evening entry I felt rushed in that I thought it would be open longer from times posted online. Also I did not understand how to use the telescope features. They were always occupied and too crowded to maneuver around. Outside of that I would have given an excellent review! Also plenty of restrooms available!

Our ticket said DAY OR NIGHT and I was really concerned, but it was hassle free and a memorable experience both times. A must on any visit, right after Liberty. At first we were just a bit stupid to find the entrance, or the rest of the entrance. A long queue forms quickly, but don't let that put you off. Once the time is up, it's really quick. The presentation in the ESB is so beautifully done that the time just flies. Another tip. I was afraid of heights and totally enjoyed the trip without any problems!!!

It is important that you enter an "AM/PM ticket" on the second visit!!! Specifying a "comeback" or "twice a day" can result in being rejected at the entrance. The PM ticket is valid from 8 p.m. at the earliest, but showing up early ensures a good place in the queue (which there is actually always)
