- You are required to exchange your voucher for hard stock tickets on New Year’s Eve between 08:00 AM and 1:00 PM (local time). Please note that the streets will start closing as early as 3:00 PM on December 31. You will not be able to access the Times Square Lock Down Zone without your actual tickets
- The pick-up address provided on your voucher. Valid ID is required for pick-up
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Seating is on a first come first served basis
- Step outside for viewing of the ball drop is subject to NYPD approval
- You must be over 21 years of age to consume alcohol
- Current and valid ID proving age must be presented upon entry to the venue. The management reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol at the venue
