Incredible views at night! Lost a little of the bouncing light experience inside but the views are the best I've ever seen. It was 20F and roaring winds so it was great that you could enjoy all of the views inside if you wanted. We braved outside for 3 minutes but know once you go outside it's not really possible to get back to bar based on workers that were there. Note that because it was the last time slot of night, some of the workers were NY pushy in moving you through the rooms. Once would have been fine, but they were yelling every 2-3 minutes and you lost a little of the magic. They clear out the first room you go into earlier than others to clean. Understandable but they started the yelling over the group within the first 5 minutes of our arrival. On the other hand, the 2 gentlemen cleaning the bathroom (family) on the first floor could not have been sweeter, kinder, more jovial or more proud of the work they were doing. Womens rooms in next floor up have full views so go up 1.

Very beautiful experience. Most unique of the NYC look outs. Enjoyable and creative. Only gave 4/5 stars because of how CROWDED this was. Other guests were incredibly rude and pushy, more security and order would make this experience more enjoyable. Make sure to get tickets well in advance, and show up early!

One of my favourite experiences in NYC. We went as a family of 4 (2adults & 2kids) and had an absolute blast. We went on a Saturday morning at 11am (Feb) and Cue times were really short to get in. All staff were so friendly and welcoming. All the different 'levels' of the experience were great. Especially the big mirror balls. The kids loved it. Spectacular views! By far the best in NYC..If your debating this.. go!
