We got the early bus so arrived before 10am not realising none of the shops would be open. However we took the opportunity to sit in the cafe area and plan out the shops we wanted to visit. There are a good variety of shops here and well worth a visit. The food court is lovely too and I highly recommend the Cinnabon stall, although they only do regular coffee so we got our latte’s from McDonalds

Basically just paying for a bus ride to the outlet. Coach was comfortable. No reserved seating, so if you're in a group and would like to seat together, you need to be at least 30 min earlier than your stated time slot. With outlet shopping, there are hits and misses. You'll need to spend some money, to substantiate the money paid for the return bus ride.

Absolutely uncomplicated and recommended! The bus left Times Square on time and returned at the agreed time. It is possible to take a suitcase with you, which saves you having to carry bags! The bus has wifi and charging for cell phones. The outlet itself is huge and offers very good discounts! You should plan enough time. We drove there at 8.30 a.m. and back at 6.30 p.m. That was ideal. We were there on time for the opening at 10 a.m. and at the beginning it was significantly emptier than during the course of the day.
