Very helpful staff in the tourist office. Booked guided bus tour as our first activity. As we were on an early tour and it was out of season we had the driver/tour guide to ourselves. He was informative and knowledgable and took his time to allow us to see everything. We proceeded to use the pass to travel by tube and bus to an art gallery and to visit the belltower and other museums. It would have been easy to make even more use of the pass as there was so much to do.

Brilliant experience in Lille using the 72hr city pass. Travel, bus tour, walking tour & lots of museums etc included. Make sure you ask about pre-booking the bus tour & walking tour, both were really good. Overall, great value. You also get a train ticket for Northern France so you can (if you have time) travel further out.

Very interesting to take the pass, we were able to do the museums, the city tour and travel by public transport. I highly recommend it. In addition everything is free for children under 6 years old so no need for a pass

The Christmas market is small & a little disappointing compared to others I’ve been to- Bruges is much better! But no complaints, a pleasant trip with some great museums visited.

We had taken a 48-hour city pass which turned out to be perfect for use in museums and for our trips by public transport. It is a profitable formula.
