Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa - Cat Cat village You’ll be picked up from Hanoi early in the morning. Admire the scenery as you travel through the countryside. Stop at Lao Cai for a break. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of mountains and rice terraces along the way from Lao Cai to Sapa city. At 1:00 PM, arrive in Sapa Town, where you'll view the colorful traditional costumes of the H’mong, Dzao, and Tay local people. Enjoy a lunch of traditional local Vietnamese dishes. Then, enjoy a trek to Cat Cat village, home to the Black H’mong. In the evening, have dinner. Day 2: Sapa - Easy Trek to Lao Chai and Ta Van – Sapa  After breakfast, trek to Lao Chai village, about 8km from Sapa town. Here you will discover the daily life of the locals and how they make traditional clothes and handicrafts.  After lunch in one of the local houses, you will walk to Ta Van village, home to the Dzay people. These people have a rich culture and beautiful houses located on rice paddy fields. You will visit the home of a local family to learn about their life, and enjoy some green tea. In the evening, return to Sapa Town for dinner and free time.  Day 3: Sapa – Fanxipan Peak – Sapa – Hanoi After breakfast, check out from your room and depart for the Sapa cable car station, where you will board a cable car to Fansipan Peak. At the summit, enjoy free time to admire the panoramic views.  You’ll then head back to Sapa for lunch and to explore the town by yourself. At 3:00 PM you’ll be picked up by bus and driven back to Hanoi.

2. From Hanoi: Sapa 2-Day 1-Night Trip By Bus With Hotel Stay

You will be collected by bus from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter, then depart for Sapa. After a comfort break, you will arrive into Sapa Town, where you can see the colorful traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic people. After a welcome drink and itinerary briefing, enjoy lunch and check in to your hotel. You will then go on a short drive to the gates of Cat Cat village which is home to the Black H’mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Your local guide will show you the daily activities of the locals, before you trek down to the valley's bottom to the waterfall, where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station. Stop for a photo then come back to Sapa Town for dinner. The next day, after breakfast, you will drive to Y Linh Ho then trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain. After that, head to Ta Van village – home to the Dzay ethnic people. Enjoy some free time in the afternoon before you return to Hanoi.

3. From Hanoi: 5-Day Hanoi Motorbike Tour to Ha Giang

Embark on a lifetime journey and enjoy amazing rides on curvy scenic passes and even single dirt tracks to explore the stunning landscapes of Northeast with waterfalls, rivers, high mountains, and terraces. Day 1: Head towards Vu Linh village (Thac Ba lake, Yen Bai) 180 km with lunch and dinner included. Start your tour by riding on to dike roads following the Red river to Thac Ba lake. See the beautiful countryside with its rice and green tea fields. Turn to the little road to Vu Linh village that is populated by Dzao ethnic minority by the side of Thac Ba lake. Meet these very friendly people and enjoy an exceptional welcome. Spend the night at a local homestay. Day 2: Head towards Ha Giang City for 180 km with 3 meals included. After breakfast, ride along the Thac Ba lake on a small road lined by palm trees and scenic mountain views to join the main Road 2, heading up to Ha Giang where you will stop for the night and apply for a permit. Stay overnight at a local hotel. Day 3: Go from Ha Giang to Dong Van (Ha Giang) – offroad tours to Tribal Villages 160 km with 3 meals included. Wake up to the beautiful morning, on this day you will ride on small challenging mountain roads (but incredibly beautiful) on the land of colorful mountain hill-tribes. Head up the Ma Pi Leng Pass and visit another amazing place, with cloudy mountain ranges and the poetic Nho Que river winding off in the distance. Ride on a zig-zag track until reaching Vuong Family’s Residence, 14 km before Dong Van. The Vuong Family was considered the King of the Hmong People in Dong Van, Ha Giang. Their residence was built in the scenic valley of Sa Phin with Chinese architecture. Sleep at a local hotel.  Day 4: Head from Dong Van to Ba Be National Park (Bac Kan) via Meo Vac 160 km with 3 meals included. Cross the wild regions of the mythical province of Ha Giang, Meo Vac is included. It shares the border with Dong Van District of Ha Giang Province and Bao Lam District of Cao Bang Province. Meo Vac has most of the terrain in the Rock Plateau of Dong Van and above 1000 meters above sea level. Meo Vac has a harsh climate in the winter which is from November to April with dry and freezing cold weather. It is inhabited by different ethnic minorities including the H’mong, the King, Tay, Dzao. Overnight at homestay Day 5: Ride from Ba Be to Hanoi 230 km breakfast and lunch is included. After breakfast, take another boat-ride on Ba Be lake to another side, before jumping on our motorbikes to Cho Ra, head up to main Road 3. Ba Be National Park is an abundant bio reserve area containing the world’s only fresh-water karst lake and several rare species of fauna and flora. And head back to Hanoi.

Day 1: Start your adventure with pickup in a private vehicle from your hotel in the Old Quarter or designated meeting point. Set off to Mai Chau and stop on the way at Thung Khe mountain pass to see the impressive scenery of the North-West. Explore Lac Village and then stop for a local lunch at 12 PM. Taste and learn about authentic Vietnamese cuisine. In the afternoon, your tour guide will take you to visit the valley of Mai Chau. Get to know the locals and learn about Tai Dón culture. See how they craft unique brocades by hand. Head off to Moc Chau, with its immense fields of tea and an infinite variety of wildflowers. Admire the cave’s beauty and listen to the legends described by your tour guide. Continue to the next beauty spot, the pine forest of Ang Village. Explore the surrounding nature including a lake, rolling hills of wildflowers, and fruit tree orchards. Use your free time after lunch in Moc Chau to go biking along hilly trails or investigate the town center. You can also join the locals in picking tea leaves. Additional optional activities include baths in fresh milk and fresh tea. Dine on local dishes at 6:30 PM and stay overnight in your homestay or bungalow. Day 3: Feeling recharged after breakfast, start your journey through the valleys, forests, and mountains to arrive in the villages of the H’Mong ethnic minority. Discover the local ways of life, their traditions, and sample the local food. Check out after lunch and take the bus back to Hanoi. Arrive back in Hanoi around 5.30 pm and get dropped off at the meeting place or your hotel in the Old Quarter.
