Carol and all the staff were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us on a few things. The tour was a wonderful overview of the city and its history. I recommend doing this at the very start of your trip so you have an idea what to do and where to go. We went in the early evening, so it wasn’t so hot on the double decker

Our bus tour was booked for 10:30AM and we were late for a trip. Next bus was at 11AM and bus driver was very nice and called the office to transfer our reservation for 11.
