I can't recommend this activity enough! The guides, the hike, the camp, the food and the whole experience was just wonderful. I was a solo traveller and this was the perfect group activity on my trip. It's well worth going to the information meeting the night before, a good opportunity to ask questions and meet others on the same activity. The transport to and from the start point is not frequent so do look out for this if you don't have a car with you and seek out people at the meeting to share plans with. It makes it much easier!

Would provide 10 stars if I could! Organization and communication were great, making us feel very comfortable. Shuttlebus was able to get us to the trailhead, which helped greatly with the strenuous hike (first part is definitely the hardest). Benefit of the overnight hike allowed us to spend more time at the summit /viewpoint, take in the scenery, and of course get pictures. Our guides Julia and Barbara were amazing - very friendly and personable, making you feel like you were hiking with friends. Food was great - I am now a fan of Lefse! They were also very accommodating with our schedule, as we had an earlier flight to catch the next day and one of the guides was able to bring us back earlier than scheduled. I felt to get a great value on the amount paid for the excursion and would do it again if someone asked me to!
