Excellent access. I didn't realise aboutvtge Porta di Cielo tour, but the ticket desk kindly let me purchase that separately. Very seamless, the process for redeeming the voucher was clearly marked and well stewared. Very good overall.

You can get tickets in the crypt. Then you can see the Cathedral, Museum, Kryta, Baptistery and Facciatone. It's worth queuing for the panoramic view. The view over the city is unique. Cathedral is magnificent and beautiful.

Beautiful and absolutely worth seeing & interesting! But first finding the right counter where you can exchange this ticket for the real ticket is an adventure. You feel like you have the "Passierschein A38"

Bit of a queue to exchange voucher for actual tickets which wasn't particularly clear. There was quite a queue for the panoramic view in the museum but it was worth it - be warned, lots of tight, spiral stairs!

Very competent and friendly Guide, and that is what counts! Coordination of Date and Time by the Office somehow caotic. Cost us 10 minutes of our 200€ tour.
