Full description
Travel into space and orbit the earth with a full-day ticket to the Kennedy Space Center. Explore all public areas of NASA’s space program and launch site and experience the world’s most famous “science museum” for a day of fun and a lifetime of inspiration. Walk beneath a massive moon rocket and climb aboard the shuttle launch. See space shuttle launch pads from a 4-story observation gantry. Relive Neil Armstrong’s first steps on the moon, and meet a real astronaut as you stroll through the Rocket Garden on the way to watching eye-popping IMAX® space films. Your ticket now includes (at no extra cost) the Space Shuttle Atlantis experience, a showcase of the priceless spacecraft that tells the story of NASA’s 30-year Space Shuttle Program. It is displayed as only spacewalking astronauts have seen her before - with payload bay doors open as if it were floating in space. Play with more than 60 interactive, touch-screen exhibits and high-tech simulators that invite you to “be the astronaut.” Learn more about the people, passion and patriotism behind NASA’s Space Shuttle Program. Marvel at the complexity of the engineering that launched the Hubble Space Telescope and built the International Space Station (ISS). Conduct a virtual EVA (Extravehicular Activity) maneuver, and practice docking to the ISS. Extract cargo from the payload bay, create sonic booms, or glide to a landing on the Re-entry Slide. Experience the sensation of floating in space. Virtually mate Atlantis to the external tank, or kick up a virtual chemical reaction to launch the shuttle. Get an “X-ray view” of Atlantis’ interior. Experience an orbital sunrise. Strap in to the sights, sounds and sensations of a shuttle launch, and take the helm at the shuttle cockpit. Before the 3…2…1…countdown, grab the opportunity to sit down to a delicious buffet lunch with an astronaut from NASA’s Astronaut Corps. Limited seating gives everyone a chance to ask questions, get autographs, and have their picture taken. Share the excitement of space exploration through the eyes and personal stories of one of NASA’s best!

excellent day. the only problem is to go there with the bus which makes several stops in other hotels so from my hotel lake buena vista we arrived only at 9.50 am (park opens at 9 am) knowing that we left in the morning at 7.20 am. and in the evening departure from the center at 5.30 p.m. arrived at the hotel at 7.15 p.m. (the park closes at 7 p.m.). not had time to make the activities too short. the meal was excellent and we were able to chat with an astronaut and take a photo with him. super top

    More than I ever expected

What a great day. One of inspiration, listening to the astronaut Jon Milne. Great food at lunch. Exciting to see actual spacecraft and be in a room that was used in space travel. So much to do and see. The guides were helpful and passionate about space travel. I would love to come again and tick off the things I didn't get a chance to do this time.

    Exciting experience

In pure American style, a dip between film and reality. Unique experience of its kind for a whole day to be lived inside the kennedy space center complex. It is definitely worth spending the cost of the ticket and a full day for this visit. Presentation of Atlantis nothing short of spectacular.
