Wonderful full day out to Matera and Puglia winery. Gio our guide was fantastic, sharing his knowledge of Matera and Puglia. He was very good answering all my questions. Both Gio and Julian our driver were friendly and very good company for the day. We started in the town of Matera and then walked down into the old town and historic area. We had a delicious lunch at a great restaurant in the old town. The food and service were outstanding. We stopped at a winery on the way home and had a generous wine tasting of several different varieties of wine all produced on site. Thank you Gio and Julian. My husband and I had a wonderful day. Thank you for your good company and for helping us learn more about Matera, Puglia and Italy. I highly recommend this tour and Green Italy Tours.

We had a very nice driver/guide for our tour. Stella told us a lot of exciting things about the city! Now we have a good overview for further exploration! But unfortunately it was not an environmentally friendly Ape - as described when booking!

Our guide Gio was fantastic. He more than exceeded our expectations. Explained historical sites in Matera and was well informed. He also took us to a fantastic winery for a tour and testing. I would highly recommend this tour.

It was amazing, well worth it, our guide was super knowledgeable and extremely pleasant answering every of the 10000 questions we had
