His kindness and easy demeanor coupled with his master sommelier certification made him the perfect person to spend a day with, tasting Prosecco and enjoying the countryside. He made us feel welcome and provided extensive knowledge of the wine, the wine making process and the region. Highly recommend spending a day with Mario or his wife if you want to escape Venice for the Italian countryside.
