This far exceeded my expectations. The stories were engaging, but more than that, we saw a lot of cool statues, architectural quirks, and sights that we never would have noticed otherwise. I enjoyed being able to do it at my own leisurely pace. This is a real great way to see the mysterious parts of Florence hidden in plain sigh.

Personally, I had a little trouble finding my way between the different rooms with the map, but I have a poor sense of direction. The audio guide was really comprehensive, maybe a little too much if you're not a history buff. Available in several languages including French. I wish I had a ticket for the tower too.

The palace is very beautiful, wirth visiting. There is a lift near the ticket office if you need to avoid stairs.

The tour was very informative and exciting. Will gladly book them again. Julia, our guide, did a great job.

We had a very informative, interesting and beautifully designed tour with our guide Viktoria. We recommend!
