Driver was right on time to pick us from the hotel in the morning. Very polite and we had an easy ride to Disneyland away from crowd. Kids and us enjoyed the fact that we arrived early, just a few minutes before the opening hour of the Parks so we avoided a reasonable time in looooong queues. We had a miscommunication regarding our return that troubled us for some time but at the end the driver was kind enough to assist us and he brought a little (sweet) surprise gift for us! Kids fall asleep on our way back after a looooong day of fun. I definitely recommend it though it is kind of expensive as it will make your day at Disneyland even more unforgettable.

We went to Disneyland in Paris in October 2019. Because the very mixed reviews of the Magical Shuttle unsettled us, we booked the transfer from the airport to Disneyland and back via GetYourGuide. Everything went smoothly. The driver greeted us at the airport with a name tag at the exit. He drove very carefully. He was back at the hotel 5 minutes before the pick-up time. He invited the bags, opened the doors and last but not least brought us to the check-in at the airport in Orly. The car was clean and the ride was quiet. I would book this service again and again. We were able to stay at Disneyland 1 1/2 hours longer because of the direct transfer, because you have to plan at least 2 1/2 hours before arriving at the airport for the Magical Shuttle. A minimum of 4 1/2 hours before the flight must start with a transfer time of 40 min. Therefore, even if a little more expensive, a great service.
