We arrived very late at the meeting point, 100% our fault. There was a number on the reservation, we called to find out if anything could be done, a French guy obviously answered us, he was very patient and kind, we tried to make ourselves understood as best as possible and he did the same. They gave us more tickets for the next hour. What can I say…they saved us on New Year's Day!!!! Now when I move abroad I always rely on them.

Our guide was late about 10 minutes which didn't affect our activity. She had all the necessary documents with her, so we all walked together as a group (there were about 15 people) to the Eiffel Tower. After the security check, we still stood in line for about 30 minutes, which was still much faster than without a reservation. The guide then said goodbye to us at the elevator, so that we then took the elevator to the 2nd floor independently with other people. Once there, you have no time limit and a great view of Paris.

Despite initial concerns about the meeting point with our guide, everything went very well. He was very caring, clothed us through the security checkpoints as described and then told us something about the history of the Eiffel Tower under the Eiffel Tower. He went with us to the elevator, waited another half hour until it was our turn and in between even clothed the people who couldn't wait that long to go to the toilet. For me it was the perfect solution as there is an absolute chaos of queues at the Eiffel Tower.
