Great guide, incredibly knowledgeable and very patient and kind with the older members of our group. Great English, fantastic sense of humor, strong perspective on French history and a delight to be with all around. I wholeheartedly recommend Julien and ParisCityVision for anyone looking for an enriching Parisian experience.

No email replies for over 24 hours And we had no way to get a reply from the company about picking us up at the train station since we came from London. The tour was decent and guide knowledgeable but we had to spend an additional $125 to get from the train station to the PARISCityVISION office. We had no help calling the “800” number neither did our family in the US and we didn’t have an international phone package to call any where else. It was very very frustrating and disappointing. Next time I will use another company. To expensive and unreliable.

Our guide Joel was on time and very friendly. Very considerate of our groups needs. We got adequate time at each item of interest but not overkill. We are not overly artistic, but want to see and learn and experience. He picked us up at the end of tour at bottom of gardens so we didn’t have to walk back up. He was knowledgeable about a lot of the sights so we asked him questions about stuff along the way. He spoke 5 languages which was impressive. Please tip your guide. This was good because we had dual earbuds!! There were armed guards walking the grounds.
