This was my first time using this app/service and it went great l. I first checked Reddit and saw that a lot of people used this app themselves and had good service and experiences so I went for it. It was so easy and stress-free I got two tickets for the zoo and they just scanned them on the way in no problem!

The experience was well worth the entry fee. Next time I’ll probably want to add an additional experience. The property was very clean and from what I could see the animals were properly taken care of. I really don’t go to zoos in general because I don’t like seeing wild animals confined. I read that a good portion are rescues and could not return to the wild on their own so I decided to go.

We took our granddaughter to the zoo on a Saturday. We got there as the park opened and was surprised how crowded it was. Many animals were not to be observed, for unknown reasons. We understand this happens but a ten year old doesn’t get why the tiger or rhino, or giraffe can’t be found.
