What people are saying about Phoenix Metropolitan Area

Beautifully calm air just after sunrise made the ride idyllic. The driver said very little on the way to the launch location, which was in stark contrast to the sudden yelling of directions from the captain over the noise of filling the balloon. I felt silly for bringing a sweatshirt. If anything, we were warmer up in the balloon. The trip was better than I had imagined it would be. Very peaceful! I wish I hadn’t worn a white shirt and hat, though. The condensation dripping from the burners was quite dirty. After our controlled landing, staff worked quickly to set up our champagne toast and breakfast. As the captain celebrated with us, the others packed up the balloon. The end of the experience felt much more relaxed than the start. The nervousness had gone away, and all of us were just feeling happy and lucky to be there.

Sunrise hot air balloon ride was a 10/10 experience! As someone who is mildly afraid of heights, I was a little nervous going into this. It was the SMOOTHEST ride and SO relaxing! You don’t even realize how high up you are. The desert beauty is breathtaking. I was actually sad when the ride was over. We finished with a yummy breakfast, a toast and certificate for completing the ride. Our pilot, Bill, was AMAZING! So hilarious and made us feel safe. I can’t stop talking about this. I’m so glad I faced my fears. This is a moment I will never forget. Getting up at 4am was worth it. Thank you Hot Air Expeditions!

A superb experience. Wasn't sure what to expect in all honesty but very glad we booked this. Very peaceful floating over the Sonoran desert. Our pilot Bill was very experienced, put everyone at ease from the start and his knowledge and wit during the ride all added to the day. The champagne breakfast at 730am in the desert was unreal. Thank you guys. Ps ,,, watch out for the cacti when wandering around. They are a real pain.

Such an awesome time! There wasn’t much wind the day we went but the crew worked hard to get us up in the air safely. Keri really made it a special time!

We had a wonderful time. The balloon ride was so calm, peaceful, scenery was beautiful and over all experience was breathtaking
