The trip is good value and would recommend booking in advance. The transport on the other end was long and I was the last of 5 stops so it took over an hour. A taxi would definitely be quicker on the Phuket side. You have to go all the way down on to the pier to check in on the day.

All worked perfectly well. My name was on a list when checking in on the ferry on PhiPhi and I got a sticker for my shirt with my hotel transfer on Phuket. On Phuket someone was already waiting with me on a transfer list. The transfer took more than 2 hours but it’s not the driver’s fault - it began raining so heavily that some streets flooded within minutes. Very recommended and perfectly organized!

I got picked up at the hotel on the time specified. The ferry to Phi Phi Islands was smooth. It had air conditioner inside and one could also go outside on the deck. The ferry made an extra 30 minutes detour around Koh Phi Phi Leh so one got to see Maya Bay a little as well.
