The only thing is the lady who attend me at the recepcion of the doc for a change of tickets she just so my paper reservation and said: THIS IS NOT WITH US , then she readed again and said wait I will ask the manager she took a while to come back with the tickets but she was with a face not friendly then we have to walk 30 min looking the meeting point to take the bus and it was so hard because is the only bus with not signs of point like the others city tours was a really no good experience at the beginning after that was excelent

Simply great

We were picked up from the hotel as promised (great service). In the morning as well as afternoon we had excellent guides that deserve praise! Coliseum and petersdome without having to wait. Lunch in a typical Italian restaurant. Highly recommendable and big praise to the guides.

Excellent value

Well worth doing. Get off at each attraction then just hop on again. Helpful staff, has a ramp for disabled and happy to give u time and help. Easy to spot yellow bus
