    Our trip was supposed to start on Tuesday. Pick-up time was 7:00 a.m. and the chauffeur didn't let us get on at 7:01 a.m., although he was still there for about 10 minutes. Big scandal! Tour managers could not be reached at this time! After several emails and phone calls, we were able to postpone the tour to the next day. After that everything worked. Chichen Itza was worth seeing. Cenote was small and always pressed for time as the trip there and back takes about 7 hours. Service on the bus was excellent. In Vallodolid we only had 45 minutes after the meal to explore the area. Xplor was great! I recommend taking spare clothing with you. Comfortable water shoes are a must, otherwise you pay 30 US dollars for water shoes on site. Some routes are not permitted without these. Eating and drinking was good.
