A delightful day out. The Skyrail and Skytrain are both pretty amazing engineering constructions and both provide an excellent ride through the mountains. We were treated extremely well by Chris, our guide and appreciated the door-to-door pickup/drop off. It is a long day and we probably could have skipped the cocktail at the end. Kuranda is an interesting town but most cafes and shops close at 3pm. We thought that perhaps the tour could have started an hour earlier so that we could have explored more of Kuranda. Highly recommend this tour.

Great trip, well organised and executed. Chris led the tour well, with his informative, engaging and helpful approach. The Skyrail trip was great with short walks and look out points along the station stops on the cable car ride up to Kuranda. The train ride down was great fun with some lovely views along the way. Chris made the trip great fun and the timing meant it was a low pressure and chilled experience, his wit and music playlist made the trip a well rounded experience! Great!

The day was great, Skyrail was spectacular, the scenery back over the coast and drifting above the rainforest canopy was amazing. The train trip back down was a bit disappointing, we were seated backwards and the train was full, we couldn't move seats so we didn't get to see much. Kuranda was not as we were expecting, a lot of shops/stalls closed, and those that were open mostly selling touristy stuff, we are Australian so most of it we have seen before, lunch at Frogs was very delicious though. Dont think we needed to bother with the Sunset Cocktail in Palm Cove, the drinks were prepared before we arrived and so the ice was melted and we were under the impression the drinks were "on the beach".
