Arrived at airport and driver was waiting with our name displayed as advertised. We had booked for 5 people, but they weren’t expecting 5 of us, still it was no problem. They brought another car that arrived within 2-3 minutes at no extra cost to us. Drive was quick and easy, driver’s were kind, overall great service! No stress, hassle free, recommend.

This was the first time we've used Get Your Guide to book a taxi to take my wife and I from the airport to our hotel. When we arrived at Porto (Portugal ) airport our driver was waiting for us in the arrivals area holding up a sign with our surname on. He had messaged us as well to say he was in the arrivals hall. The driver was an excellent driver. We felt perfectly comfortable in the midst of busy traffic. Smooth ride and very comfortable. We did have a small problem finding him at arrivals (we were told our name would be on a sign) but the company responded to my call and connected us promptly. When we got to our Airbnb he discretely waited until we got inside before he left us.
