Full description

Enjoy an 8-hour tour that takes you to see the main attractions of Porto. In the morning you’ll travel by car to see important monuments such as the historical Café Majestic, Clérigos Tower and Church, Lello's Bookshop, Sé Cathedral, São Bento Station, Boavista and Aliados avenues. You’ll also take in the Serralves Museum, Bolhão market, Foz do Douro, the Crystal Palace, the Ribeira region, and more. Head to a Port wine cellar for a tasting in the afternoon. Afterwards, board a Douro river boat for a 50-minute cruise that takes you under the city’s six bridges: St. John, Arrabida, St. Luís, St. Maria, Freixo, and Infante.

We had a wonderful time with our guide Milena and her Mom.

Very informative and Milena really knew her stuff. I'm a bit of history freak and I tested her regularly. Her sense of humour was delightful and made the day for us! She was more than willing to put up with a myriad of questions. The traffic was exceptionally horrendous due to a motocross event, and her mom (the chauffeur) was cool and calm while transporting us through chaos. The day felt leisurely. Milena's suggestion of lunch options enabled us to enjoy a very authentic lunch with the neighborhood residents, without tourists. I would highly recommend her as a guide and the tour was great.

Very enjoyable relaxed and informative day

Tania was an excellent guide who provided us with plenty of information about Porto which we appreciated. Her relaxed and friendly manner put us at ease from the outset and we were able to develop a rapport with her throughout the day.
