Everything about this experience was perfect! Our guide was so sweet and thoughtful and the car he picked us up in was lovely. We enjoyed our sparkling wine as he gave us a spectacular sunset tour of the city which ended at the monastery with a panoramic view of the bay and city below. Once at the restaurant the staff was wonderful, attentive, and welcoming. We had never seen a Fado show before but this performance has made us fans of the style even though we don’t speak Portuguese! To top off a perfect evening the driver found out it was my birthday and let the restaurant know discretely so at the end of the evening the musicians and staff all surprised me by singing happy birthday and dedicating one Fado song to me as a present. I really cannot say enough good things about this activity and I highly recommend it.

We've thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening - from the tour round old part of Porto through the Fado show and the delicious dinner. Our guide/driver was great giving us some information about the city and it's monuments during the tour and took us up to the hill with the cathedral where we could admire the view of the city while the sun was setting. We even had a bottle of champagne chilling at the back seat of the car for us! The dinner was really good - the service really nice and friendly and the Fado show was great. The restaurant is tucked away in a side street and the atmosphere there is very intimate which made the whole experience quite unique to us (comparing to most of places in the are buzzing with people). We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone - no matter if it's your first or 10th visit to the beautiful city of Porto.

All around great night for us. We had an amazing driver that took us on a private tour of Porto. The fado show was excellent. Great musicians and 2 amazing singers. Dinner was absolutely fabulous. And a very Beautiful restaurant. The highlight for us may have been our waiter, Ricardo. He was awesome. Had a wonderful sense of humour that we really appreciated. We loved how he teased our terrible attempts at speaking Portugese. He was excellent!!
