Your wine-tasting tour will start with a guided visit to the aging cellar, where distinguished wines have been maturing for more than 100 years. Here, you’ll get to know what makes Port wine so special and learn all about the place where it’s made, the Douro Valley. Next, you’ll take a walk to the tasting room, where a harmonized sample of three different Port wines awaits your palate. Very nice guided tour! Our guide was very passionate about port wine, he could give us an answer to all of our questions. He was very professional about the information of the wine cellar. I really recommend this guided tour to all of the Porto travellers who are interested in learning about this family heritage wine cellar.

Great wine tasting with a previous tour! The wine is phenomenal and the atmosphere relaxed and very nice. The staff is super friendly and can convey their knowledge of port wine very well. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, especially because it's not in a huge tourist group, but very personal.

Great experience, smooth organisation, easy contact, knowledgeable, professional and very friendly guid, interesting and interactive tour in small groups, perfect time balance between the tour/theory and Port wine tasting. The visit 100% corresponding with the description. Easy access from Porto, 10 min by car from the old town to the cellar in Gaia. Covid rules respected, tasting in couples - 2 persons every second table.
