What people are saying about Porto Moniz

Eduard our guide was brilliant. He made the whole trip fun, interesting, exciting and he created a lovely atmosphere in the group. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything, very funny, and genuinely made us fall in love with Madeira. He drove the 4x4 expertly through some pretty rough terrain and avoided the touristy areas. I would recommend this, and especially him, to everyone.

A very nice day with Nelson, who drove us safely and entertainingly to the northwest. Lots of knowledge and explanation about plants. Well organized, delicious lunch break in a small restaurant, poncha tasting (freshly made for € 2.50) at the end. We liked it very much. Definitely recommendable!

Great tour! We also had a real stroke of luck with the tour guide Spencer. Not only did he drive off-road with ease, he also speaks fluent German and English. Any time!

Very interesting and entertaining tour with a very well-informed guide.

Fantastic day out. Up high on of the old mountain roads
