Need to pick a spot that is easier to locate…building number barely visible. Tour guide was very informative. Friendly and knowledgeable. Needed more time for garden area…..so beautiful and we had maybe 20 minutes! We realize that not all people enjoy walking, but it was just to short. Maybe add hour to tour.

The tour guide and the bus driver were very nice and helpful. Your knowledge about the background of the history, the places and the life of "old Fritz" was great. Scheduling and organizational arrangements were somewhat imprecise. The tour guide repeatedly suggested ending the castle tour more quickly (30 instead of 40 minutes) in order to have more time for the castle garden. But she left it up to each participant to decide for themselves. So I felt a bit pressured. For example, an information note with exact meeting points and times would have been helpful here. Unfortunately, the overall stay for the castle garden was too short. Even ten minutes longer would not have been enough. There was also hardly any time to take photos or look at the picture gallery. The cost of the tour was too high in my opinion. I had wished for more stay and information about the castle garden with less time pressure.

We had a very informative morning with Bodo & Su! Real Berliners! Su guided us wonderfully through Berlin on the way to Potsdam to Sanssouci Palace! With many little stories, she explained the big picture of the important Prussians to us! Always with additional information about places that we passed during the trip! Bodo the bus driver has smoothly adapted to Su's stories in driving speed! In the castle we were provided with an audio guide!
