It was an amazing tour with Artur ! he was super knowledgeable of the history, fun facts as well as was super precise with numbers and dates. We could tell he knew a lot and he is a real Warsaw local. The mini van is not comfortable but we only go with it for short distances. We had an authentic lunch at a milk bar, saw many interesting faces of Warsaw you could not find in any guide as well as had a good overview of the city history. You do this tour and complement with the must see attractions and you have an exhausted experience of Warsaw. We also 100% recommend Artur as a guide. Lot of the success of the tour is on his shoulder and he smashes it.

Little personal touches such as a huge donut, shot of vodka and a packet of his favourite childhood cookies brought a lighter note to a tour that was real eye-opener on such a sad and poignant subject. Photos were also taken for us and emailed afterwards which saved us the bother of scrambling for the camera and best of all... we are both in them! Thank you Martin!

What people are saying about Praga

Enjoyed the early morning tour with Martin as our guide visiting Warsaw Old Town, ruins of Jewish Ghetto and the East Bank of the river Vistula for a brief touch of authentic historical buildings that survived a terrific war destruction. We opted for the Praga District over Park Łazienki as we had less than three hours for our tour. Our guide, Martin, gave an informative talk in perfect English at each stop. He used laminated photos to show how some of the sites used to look like before the war. A hidden yard with a Jewish shrine in Praga was a gem - I'd never found it on my own. Driving around in the retro Fiat was fun and a great way to plan for future visits to Warsaw. Thank you for a memorable tour!

Pavel, our guide was wonderful! It was a fast four hours but he showed us the highlights and some sad moments of Polish history. There is no way we could have seen or known the facts and folklore of Warsaw without his entertaining history tour. Well done!

Very interesting tour. Everything well organized. Our tour guide Pawel was super friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the history of Poland. Would do the tour again any time and can recommend it with a clear conscience.
