Full description
As the crowds thin and twilight descends, your adventure in nighttime Prague begins. Starting from the Old Town Square your guide will take you through streets that are rich in history and legends. Experience an intimate tour that ventures off the beaten path. On your 3-hour tour you’ll visit Prague Castle after the crowds and lines have disappeared. See the monastery where monks once brewed holy beer for the king. Stroll at a leisurely pace through the monastery, New World, Prague Castle, King’s Vineyard, Charles Bridge, and other ancient and enchanting sites. At the Old Town Square, where the history of Prague began, you’ll begin the tour. From there, move to Paris street, the most luxurious in Prague, which, before becoming the most expensive street, was a part of Jewish Ghetto. Here, you will get to learn about the ruler Rudolph II, and find out why did he choose Prague as his home. Then, move to the synagogue, where Golem, the protector of the Ghetto, is supposedly hidden. While walking toward the Manes Bridge you’ll stop to see the interesting corner window that opens onto the charming underworld of the Old Town. Turn the corner and suddenly you’ll come to a place where alchemists once conducted experiments. After crossing the bridge, you’ll marvel at the spectacular views of Prague. Ride up the hill by tram to the 12th-century Strahov Monastery . On the way down to the Prague Castle, you’ll pass the Hole to Hell. Continue on, past the Marian Pillar and will come to the front gate of Prague Castle. A special highlight is the breathtaking view of the 3 spires of St. Vitus Cathedral and Prague Castle. See the medieval Powder Tower, the 10th-century vineyards of St. Wencelaus, and Wallenstein Palace.

I was on my bus from Pec pod Snezkou to Prague when I realized I had no plans for the evening. I quickly googled activities in Prague and this tour stood out from all the offered options. Luckily they had availability for the same eve and I could get on the tour with no issues. Payment and booking for fast and straightforward. All the details were followed in the email right at the moment of my payment. I arrived 5mins prior to our walk and was already impressed by how small our group is: just 5 people (me included) + a guide. A quick note about our guide - a young lady Sofia. Intelligent, approachable, and super friendly. While moving between stops we exchanging our stories and the conversation was smooth and pleasant. I really enjoyed walking with her and getting to know her cheerful and lovely personality. So if you (like myself) are limited in time and have to decide between multiple tours, then don't hesitate to book this one and enjoy your evening.

David was an incredible guide and made this experience interesting, funny and very pleasant. His knowledge is extensive and he was sensitive to the participants' needs and interests. This walk covered for me the history of the city and was a memorable experience. Keep in mind there's a lot of walking. Super recommended!

We enjoyed this lovely walking tour being guided by the friendly and very knowledgeable Magda. Prague at dusk and then at night is a feast for the eyes, and so full of atmosphere... We appreciated also the chance to experience a short ride on the tram to reach Prague Castle, and sample some St Norbert beer at the Strahov Monastery! Highly recommended.
