Start early and beat the crowds: our boat leaves at 9 and goes straight to Cala Mariolu to enjoy a first incredible quiet hour in this nature wonder. After about 90 min the skipper will be back and take you to the second stop, very close to Cala Mariolu, right behind the corner: Cala dei Gabbiani. Between the stops, the skipper will choose the best moment to stop and swim at anchor in the most beautiful spots, where the sea colors are even more beautiful: Cala Goloritzè, Piscine di Venere, Baus, Grotta della Contessa are just some of the options! Slow ride along the coast back to the port, to discover all the hidden gems: fjords, sea caves, high cliffs, rock monuments.

Armed with a camera or your smartphone, you'll have the chance to capture in beautiful shots the extraordinary Baus waterfalls, the Grotta dei Colombi (Cave of the Pigeons) and the striking beach of Goloritzé, characterized by crystal-clear waters. You will visit the beaches of Cala Mariolu, Cala Biriala and Cala Luna, characterized by a unique panorama dominated by caves and forest. The rendezvous is at 8:15 am at the port of Santa Maria Navarrese, hamlet of Baunei. We will be welcomed by the skipper and, after the usual introductions, we will board the dinghy and depart at 8:30 am. Navigation will include several stops to capture the landscape in superb shots. In particular, we will stop at the Pedralonga Spire, the enchanting Baus waterfalls falling into the sea, the Cave of the Pigeons, and Goloritzé Beach, which boasts the most beautiful waters on the entire coast. We will then also descend to the beach of Cala Mariolu, voted the most beautiful beach in Italy in 2016, and to that of Cala Biriala, dominated by a forest of holm oaks and junipers, and with the perfect seabed for snorkeling. We will also stop at Cala Luna, an 800-meter-long tongue of sand bordered by an oleander forest preceded by a freshwater pond. On our way, we will pass through Piscine di Venere, one of the most coveted coves for travelers. We will then see the Grotta del Fico and on the way back the inlets of Portu Cuau and Portu Pedrosu, striking fjords developed between the walls of Capo Monte Santo. Finally, a scenic tour of the Islet of Ogliastra will await us before returning to port, around 5:00/17:30 pm. The tour lasts a total of 8 hours.

Start the tour with pickup from your hotel in Orosei, Sos Alinos, Galtelli, Cala Gonone, Dorgali or Oliena, then set off for the Lanaitho Valley. Begin the hike with a gentle walk through oak trees and Mediterranean scrubland.  Then, follow the path as it climbs the slopes of the mountain passing majestic Juniper trees and more imposing oaks. When you reach the top, pay a visit to a rocky cave and admire the ruins of the Nuragic village. Learn about the ancient Sardinians who used to live in this remote area. After the tour inside the cave, continue walking along the ridge of Monte Tiscali - the most scenic part of the trek. Be enchanted by the wonderful views all around and find a scenic location for your picnic lunch, either immersed in the woods or overlooking the valley from a panoramic rocky terrace. Finally, return back to the starting point and enjoy a convenient return transfer back to your hotel. If you prefer, ask the driver to drop you off at another location on the route back.

Climb aboard a hop-on hop-off mini cruise upon arrival at the Orosei Gulf and admire the amazing beaches and coves from the water. Look for birds in their natural environment, including queen hawk and the shag that build their nests in the Corsican Gulf. Uncover an ancient funerary cult dating back to pre-Nuragic times. Meet your guide and head to the small town and agricultural center of Pimentel, nestled between orchards and vineyards. Here lies the Domus de Janas of Corongiu and the necropolis called De S'acqua Salida dating back to 3200 BC. Marvel at the Domus of Corongiu and its spiral-shaped engravings that represent the goddess of the eyes who protected the dead. But there are many other interpretations to the engravings which your guide will share with you. Admire the craftsmanship of the prehistoric people who were able to dig and shape rocks with limited tools to create underground tombs in which they buried their dead.

A day excursion aboard a comfortable dinghy departing from Santa Maria Navarrese in central eastern Sardinia to explore the Gulf of Orosei. Our local skipper will recount anecdotes during an itinerary among the most beautiful bays of the Gulf, such as Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna, and Cala Biriala, while relaxing on the beach or diving directly from the boat. Before the break for lunch, an aperitif will be served on board in a cove chosen according to the weather of the day, immersed in a dream location with turquoise sea contrasting with white sandy beaches. Begin your tour with pickup and a 3-hour drive in a comfortable minivan through the amazing Sardinian countryside towards the northwest of the island. Discover one of the monuments considered a unicum in Sardinia: the steep pyramid of Monte d'Accoddi which recalls the famous Mesopotamian Ziqqurat. The site, dating back to the fourth millennium BC, is surrounded by a mysterious mist. The excursion will continue in the beautiful city of Castelsardo (formerly known as Castel Aragonese and Castel Genovese), overlooking the Gulf of Asinara. The tour also includes a visit to the Elephant Rock, Domus de Janas, a symbol of the Anglican territory.
