Our tour guide Esma (apologies for spelling) was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, friendly and great English. The driver was great and the transport was really comfortable. They were very flexible to our plans and also suggested other sites of interest in the area, we chose to go to a papyrus shop with friendly staff, and no pressure to buy.

This holiday was my first time in Egypt and going to the pyramid was a must! I have to say opting to go with this company was the best decision ever, I had an exceptional tour guide named Hazem and the driver named Ihab. I was met outside Cairo airport and greeted by Hazem who showed a warm and pleasant welcome. On the way to the pyramid Hazem explained a lot about the history of Egypt / pointing at several buildings during the drive to myself and my mum making the journey not boring. There was clear evidence Hazem is an intelligent man filled with so much knowledge which he is passionate about in sharing this. We briefly stopped over to the shop where he bought us a bottle of water as part of the package. Hazem was exceptional whilst at the pyramid, very patient with us and continued explaining the history. Hazem took us to the right view spots view, took high quality pictures and took us to the camel area. Hazem was protective of us from people trying to sell us fake goods.

Our guide Ams was really friendly and approachable. He is knowledgeable about the different pyramids and was really engaging in terms of sharing the different fun facts about the pyramids. He is also down to earth when it comes to recommendations about different activities that require additional entry fees, giving us honest feedback about the different experiences. He was also obervant and gave us more time for photo taking. Ams was a really easygoing and vigilant guide who kept us safe within his sight and gave us tips to avoid hustlers. He was also kind and considerate enough to get us drinking water and took care that we had toilet breaks. He also introduced us to sourvenir that are truly unique to Egypt, which we were also not being pushed to buy. We had a comfortable shopping trip to those places with Ams around. He was also really patient throughout the tour in terms of waiting for us and offered us help in phototaking as well. Overall, we had a really enjoyable time with Ams.
