This was a great time. Our ticket price paid for access to all the thermal pools of which there were many. When we signed up on line it was NOT clear that we needed a reservation to attend the spa but the girls there took pity on us and let us in anyway. So, for the future please call the facility and schedule a time to attend as it is very popular.

I’m happy to have booked on here since on their end you couldn’t cancel. Also, you had to choose a time slot to go, while on GetYourGuide you could go whenever, as long as you bought your ticket. Overall, it’s a really nice place, but a bit expensive.

Signs need to be better to find things. Also, the check in and check out process is far too long and needs to be streamlined

A wonderful experience, and very educational. Loved the hands on activity at the end. Highly recommend.

Great place to get some R&R. I'd recommend it for all.
