It was unsatisfactory being dropped off at the canyon at 1100 for a walk which takes an hour to complete. The bus was not coming till 1430.. we had to take a cab to town which took 15 min then had to wait till 4:00 for the ferry. Lots of waiting around for hours.

When On a 'tour' I have this expectation that I would be guided from point to point. The map for the pickup area was NOT clear. I was looking for a BUILDING (180 Rue Dalhousie) on Dalhousie and NOT a wooden 'shack' on the harbour itself... There was NO guide after we landed to get to the bus... I had to wander around, worrying that I would miss the bus, until I found it. When we got on the bus? The driver didn't want to see our tickets and REFUSED to look at them - so I was NOT certain I was on the correct bus. When we got to the canyon? I was NOT told when to return to the bus. I had to ask - that should not be necessary. I should be given an itinerary with departure times for all phases of the trip. NOR were we told where exactly to meet the bus to return. My mistake - I forgot to ask for that info I guess. NOT an enjoyable day --- far too needlessly stressful. NONE of the above needed to happen. Better signage and better instructions would have made this better
