Very well organised. Lovely welcome from staff on the pier. Although the tour guide us actually a tape recording rather than a live presentation it is very easy to listen to and very informative. Weather was good and the views and sights were really interesting. Plenty of seals to see which the children on board loved. We sat outside but plenty of room inside and a bar for drinks and snacks.

I went with my mum at 11am and the views were fantastic, the history/story is very fascinating and interesting, a lot to learn and explore. The boarding staff were very friendly, helpful, and respectful. I would recommend signing up for the isle exploration as well (I regret not doing it myself).

I really found the trip interesting though the boat was very crowded so my kids who are quite small didnt really get any good views out of the windows which is a shame. For this reason I would give it 4 stars and I would also recommend to get there very early as I get the feeling most passengers were dropped off on the same bus. Also to note there is no taxi rank at the end, so you will need to book (only took 15 mins) but just something to be aware of that I wasnt when I did the trip.
