Skip the crowds and venture off to some of the hidden gems in Yucatan on this full-day trip with lunch and pickup included. Visit Yalcoba and Tekom and swim in the emerald waters of Cenote Xcanahaltun and Cenote Sac Aua. Learn about beekeeping at a local bee farm.

Start the day early with pickup at your accommodation via an air-conditioned vehicle.

Make your way to Yalcoba, a small but quaint town steeped in history and filled with a number of scenic spots. Explore the town and snap some photos of local life and the scenery.

After Yalcoba, head to the first cenote, Cenote Xcanahaltun. Discover this lesser-known cenote tucked away in the northwest area of Valladolid.

Descend the staircase that leads to the cave and see the wondrous stalactites and stalagmites all around. Enjoy some free time to jump into the water from the wooden platform and swim around.

Next up is Cenote Sac Aua, one of the only cenotes with an island in the middle. Get plenty of time to marvel at this unique cenote, swim in the clear waters, and maybe even kayak around the island.

Later, visit the town of Tekom and drive around to see one of the largest settlements on the Yucatan Peninsula. See a local church and get a glimpse of some of the locals as they pass by on their day-to-day errands and activities.

Head to Sardin Alak next to visit a local bee farm. Once there, learn about ancient Mayan beekeeping practices and its special stingless bee species. Check out the local products of the farm.

After the bee farm tour, take a break and enjoy a local Yucatecan lunch before making your way back to your accommodation.
