We were extremely lucky, after a couple of hours we had almost given up when the lights put on a fantastic show for us. Nobody can predict nature so there is obviously no guarantee, but we would have been disappointed had we ot seen them as the trip is not cheap, but it would have been no fault of the company. Everything was very efficient and pickups etc were punctual. The hot chocolate & chocolate snack were lovely. If I had to complain the only minor thing was that our guide was very softly spoken and we struggled to hear him on the bus tanoy but we should have asked him to turn up the volume! What we did catch showed he was very knowledgeable and helpful. A massive bonus was being able to download his excellent photos which were sent via a link in an email a couple of days later, as ours were rubbish!

The most incredible experience! We were very lucky and got to see the Northern Lights on the night we were there!!! They were beyond beautiful and we got really amazing pictures. Had an amazing guide; Daniel - the Aurora Whisperer, who was well informed and very interesting. The driver was also equally amazing, very good driving and very nice, clean bus!! The hot chocolate and Icelandic chocolate snack, we had at the end was also a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent experience. Guide was fantastic and really knowledgeable. The hot chocolate was a nice touch on a cold night. Seeing the lights was amazing.

Gary the guide was excellent, full of knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for The Northern Lights. He hunted down some wonderful Northern Lights.

Was a wonderful alternative to the real thing, since we came to Iceland in May and couldn't see the northern lights at this time of year.
