The glacier tour was excellent. There was about 10 in the group which was not too big. Ellie the guide was lovely and very knowledgeable and interesting to listen too. She guided us safely over the glacier showing us various geological features. The equipment supplied was very good. The company running the tour - Troll, were excellent to deal with and kept us well informed.

Great excursion made with our 8 year old daughter! We were a group of 10 people. Our guide was very smiling and explained very well the safety gestures, the glaciers and their importance. On the 3h excursion, it takes a good hour (cis journey by car + walking) to reach the foot of the glacier. I will say that we finally spent 1h30 on the glacier with a magnificent sun. The guide gave us time to take pictures.

A great experience - educational, fun, and definitely NOT something you do every day! Guides were knowledgeable and friendly, most spoke several languages well. A bit more strenuous than we expected but well within our 50+ yr old capabilities. In total we walked over 5 miles, including uphill and in loose terrain. Definitely bring your water bottle to refill right out of the streams that course down the glacier, incredible!
