We entered the bus in the end of September on Sunday at around 12:30 and did the whole tour on one sitting. We didn't listen to the audio guide. Good: It was a great and cheap way to check out the whole city, for example we would've not visited Acropolis by foot as it was rather far and there were nothing else there. The driver spoke very good English and he slowed down by the best views so people were able to take photos. There was a roof on the bus to prevent sunburn, which was highly appreciated, and from the open windows you were able to get some nice breeze. Bad: Despite the off-season, bus was pretty full, so we needed to wait couple stops for free seats. We stood at stops for quite long time. Unfortunately you weren't able to buy tickets from the stops (even though the advertisement said so), so I highly recommend buying them in advance from the internet. It would be nice to have the timetable on this website.

Good information says always re history and the right length for attention span. Very full bus due to cruises so check what is coming into port. Earlier than 10:30 should be ok. We waited 40 minutes for the 10:30 goodness how long the wait was later in the day!

Für 12€ einmal an die besten Haltepunkte gebracht zu werden war gut. Immer noch günstiger als mit Taxi und als Alleinreisende auch sicherer . Man sollte sich auf Verspätungen einstellen , aber ich bin ja nicht auf der Jagd sondern im Urlaub und habe Zeit ;) Audioguide ist okay, gibt nicht ganz so viel zu sagen wie in einer wie in einer Großstadt . Aber man kommt günstig von A nach B . Ich würde es wieder machen.
