A highly recommended excursion with the best tour guide (Frederik) I have ever had. Detailed explanations, regional studies at their finest. Good organization, smooth process and a lot of patience. The gondola ride is a pleasure! The food was acceptable, but there were a variety of drinks. We would book again... :)

What an experience, well described, good service on site, the gondola was ready and we went on a small tour through the water town, highly recommended

Best to do it after 7pm. Missing the singing but you can always play your own music.
