Know before you go

  • The open tour allows for individual participation and does not require a minimum number of participants to operate
  • Pick-up is provided at hotels located in the downtown, Lapa and south areas of Rio
  • The itinerary and the order of attractions visited may change due to the weather and/or adverse conditions
  • At times it is not possible to include the boat tour. Conditions at Arraial do Cabo can be very windy, and in this case the Navy prohibits the boats to leave for safety reasons. It is not a frequent occurrence, but it can happen. If this occurs, visits to the beaches are arranged by ground transportation. There are no discounts on these days, and there is no way to guarantee boat departures in advance
  • Be sure to bring a bathing suit, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and a camera
  • Lunch will be served between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM

The trip is very nice and the organization is good, the nature is exceptional and the care they take of it is very good. The tour is advisable and we did not realize the time that lasted approximately fifteen hours, including transfers taking care of the punctuality for all events.

Correct

We found that the announcement was not very clear. We expected to go to Arraial Do Cabo by boat. Except that we went there by bus and then there is the boat trip. We thought that in the end we could have gone directly on our own because that's what we wanted to do at the base. And that would have cost us less. After the trip itself was friendly although the boat was small for all the passengers we were. Too bad we were the only passengers to speak English (Spanish or Portuguese) but we can not predict it. In any case for people who like to do things by themselves, I recommend this tour because Rio buses will take you to Arraial do Cabo after we can unravel. For those who prefer to be taken care of from the hotel I recommend it. Here.
