Full description
Your full-day adventure begins with pickup from Rio de Janeiro then heads to Armação dos Búzios, a former fishing village located on a north coast peninsular. Arrive in Búzios and board a traditional-style schooner boat for a ride around the region’s most picturesque beaches. Highlights include João Fernandes Beach, Ilha Feia (Ugly Island), and Praia da Tartaruga (Turtle Beach), with stops for diving and snorkeling along the way. After the boat trip, stroll along the vibrant Orla Bardot where you can find the statue of Brigitte Bardot, a renowned French actress who in 1964 escaped the paparazzi and went on vacation in the city. Once you’ve worked up a bit of an appetite, dine on a delicious buffet lunch at a local restaurant to restore your energy for the rest of the day. Next, enjoy free time to explore the colorful downtown of Búzios at your own leisure. Visit the most famous street in Búzios, Rua das Pedras, and peruse its shops, bars, and restaurants that are bursting with authentic charm. As you wander, soak up the charismatic atmosphere of this former fishing village that has adopted tourism as one of its main activities, becoming one of the most visited cities in Brazil. At the end of an unforgettable day, sit back and relax on the return journey to Rio de Janeiro.

I am Portuguese and as such I am used to the best! The tour had the best guide, Gregory ... lovely, helpful, unskilled and more could not do! The group was not the best ... complained without having to complain ... nobody controls traffic or rain ... posture and way of being of others. It was not a good ride ... not the one-way accident ... Or the traffic back! But for the selfishness of some members of the group .... posture of complaining when nothing could be done. Suggestion: if you go to Buzios and something happens that does not allow the visit of life ... forget the boat and the dives ... walk the streets and feel the beauty, the commerce ... the village.

Buzios is very pretty! excellent landscapes and great sea. The points to improve are the departure times, the trip takes a long time therefore leaving earlier would help to be able to spend more time in the city. In addition, lunch was at any restaurant / buffet, it would be better if the price was subtracted and would be chosen by each customer.

The tour was good, a little long journey but we knew that. What was particularly bad was that our guide, Hugo, spoke so poor English that it was impossible to understand what he was saying. In addition, there was absolutely no information in English on the boat trip at all and since the guide realized that we did not understand him we feel that he kept him away. Fortunately, we were able to figure out some of what he said in Spanish and then we were assisted by two Spanish-speaking sisters who knew English. Without them we would have missed both the buffet and the time and place for reassembly. If we buy an excursion where it says that the guide speaks English, we expect him to do so.
